Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Konsol ("the App"), operated by Runabout Digital.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Konsol, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Konsol is a network management application that provides SSH, Telnet, serial console, SFTP, and network diagnostic tools for iOS devices. The App connects directly to devices you specify and does not route traffic through our servers.

3. Subscriptions

• Free Tier: Konsol offers a free tier with limited features (3 saved connections, basic tools).
• Konsol Pro: A subscription that unlocks all features. Available as monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($34.99/year) plans.
• Free Trial: New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. The trial is available once per Apple ID.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Konsol only for lawful purposes. You may not use the App to:

• Access devices or networks without authorization.
• Conduct any form of network attack, including port scanning of networks you do not own or have permission to scan.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfere with or disrupt any network or device.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization to access any device or network you connect to using Konsol.

5. Intellectual Property

Konsol and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Runabout Digital and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Konsol is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose.
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the App.
• Security of connections made through the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Runabout Digital, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or configurations.
• Network outages or disruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your devices or accounts.
• Any damages resulting from your use of the App.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Third-Party Services

Konsol connects to third-party devices and services that you specify. We are not responsible for the operation, security, or availability of any third-party device, server, or network.

9. Airconsole / Get-Console Hardware

Konsol supports Airconsole/Get-Console hardware devices manufactured by Cloudstore Limited. Konsol is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cloudstore Limited. Airconsole is a trademark of Cloudstore Limited.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
